House of the 4 falls

Located in Val-Alain in Lotbinière and on the edge of the Bois-Francs.

Located 40 minutes from the Quebec bridges

A magnificent stream a few steps from the house, with 8 km of trails, possibility in winter of snowshoeing on the trails or cross-country skiing off-trail.

The house includes an outdoor layout:   chairs, fireplace and Spa. A Large gazabo in summer with patio set.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

You will discover a place with the rural decor of a country house.

BASEMENT: 1 bedroom with 2 double bunk beds / bathroom with washer dryer / Storage space and dryer.

GROUND FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed/ Kitchen/ Dining room/ Living room with wood fireplace/ Bathroom with shower. (you must bring your wood or book by email we can take care of it for you.)

SECOND: 1 sofa bed in the open area (Mezzanine) / soccer table and hunting arcade game / 1 bedroom with queen bed / library with books and games.

Here is a list of activities to do in the region:

Located near Quebec / 5 minutes from the Blue Valley Distillery 😊 / 10 minutes from the Lac George campsite, 15 minutes from the Grande Coulée trails / 30 minutes from the Mont-Apic ski center / 30 minutes from the Fond la Clé des wood and otter. Several bike paths and Golfs / Ste-Agathe waterfall. (all tourist information will be available at the house as well as on our DISCOVER page)

CHECK LIST BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE

• Return the Spa temperature to 90°C.

• Arrival time 2 p.m. departure time noon 

• Return room thermostats to 18°C.

• Take out the garbage and recovery (Blue bin: Recovery – Green bin:  vidange).

• Leave the dishwasher before your departure (fees will be charged to you to do your dishes).

• Unpack used beds.

• Put the keys back in the box.

REGULATIONS

- A maximum number of 12 people (unless there is a special agreement when renting).

- No pets (dog, cat, or any other animal).

- No trailer or camping without notice.

- Do not use our tenant's wood.
