BOOKING TERMS

The security deposit will be after the inspection of the premises but a partial or total sum could be retained in the event of breakage, theft, repair made necessary following negligence or poor maintenance during the rental. The lessee may be required to reimburse the fair market value of broken objects, damaged furniture and those whose wear and tear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental. On departure, the lessee must wash the dishes, take out the garbage (trash and recycling), put the sheets and pillowcases (not the comforters) in the laundry room. He must return the premises in a normally clean state. If necessary, the agent will be entitled to claim the price of cleaning the residence. Follow the instructions on the explanatory sheet which summarizes the tasks to be carried out

BOOKING TERMS

1. 50% of the rental cost is required when booking. The balance of the rent is payable 10 days preceding the date of the beginning of the stay.

2. When the reservation is made less than 10 days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required.

3. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required and payable 48 hours prior to the start date of the stay. In the event of non-compliance with the number of people agreed above, in the event of breakage, theft or misuse of the spa/fireplace or non-compliance with the regulations mentioned in this agreement, an amount will be deducted from this deposit.

4. The quantity of wood used will be payable from your security deposit. A cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if the spaces used are not in the same condition as when you arrived.

  Note that the 4 falls area is a site of healing and relaxation, ideal for people who know how to appreciate nature and its tranquility

TO KNOW

The agent undertakes to provide the lessee of the Domaine 4 falls in a state corresponding to the images representing him on the website. If one of these devices is defective upon your arrival or during your stay, no credit will be applied. Be aware, however, that it is very rare that one of these devices is not functional given the good quality and maintenance of these. You have a location for an outdoor fire but the wood is not included. You have an outdoor spa. Please read the instructions for use and maintenance carefully. Beach towels for spa use are not provided. The water is drinkable

GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

The lessee will have to enjoy the premises as a good father without doing anything that could harm the tranquility of the neighbors and this, at all hours of the day. If a valid and justifiable complaint were issued to us, a warning will be given to the lessee and if a second complaint arises, the latter will be required to leave the premises, and the security deposit will be kept in full. The number of guests must at no time exceed that mentioned on the contract and this for the bedtime. If the lessee is caught in default, he will be required to leave the premises and the security deposit will be retained in full. Pets are not allowed and it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside: If the lessee is caught in default, he will be required to leave the premises and the security deposit will be kept in full. If the agent has doubts about the number of people staying in the chalet or about the tranquility of the premises, the lessee may under no circumstances object to the visit of the agent. The lessee will not be able to object to the weekly maintenance of the lawn, however, if an activity is planned outside, he can obviously make the request to the agent.Sometimes a tenant and her two small dogs occupy the adjoining accommodation of the rental residence if this situation is an inconvenience, please notify us when renting
